New Extension Walls not Plumb?

Hi

We are having an extension built and the roof facias have just gone on. As you can see in the photo the side wall seems to dip in at the front suggesting the wall is not plumb. At the front the gap is about 2 inches between the facia and wall, this goes down to about 1 cm at the back! Should the roof and wall be square with an equal gap between facia and wall all the way along the length?

Is this something the builder needs to rectify or is this normal?

All advice welcomed

I can see that tree in the background leaning over, but nothing obvious with the wall
