new flat roof

i intend to have my dormer bungalow flat roof above the bedroom re felted its less than 20m i did want the best capping sheet available so what should i ask for and and are there any obvious comments or questions
i would prefer to pay a bit more for better quality as i dont think it will increase the cost much

Don't forget to (warm deck) insulate.

The polymer based torch on mineral felts are the ones to go for today. How long your new roof will last will depend
on the experience of the installer. If he doesn't mention insulation when quoting then move on the the next guy.
