I would really appreciate some advice please. I need to replace my garage roof and have asked a couple of roofers for quotes. The two that I am considering are both about £2k:
- Recover entire flat roof area using three layers of high performance torch on roofing felt. First layer to be 3B, second layer to be 4mm SBS plain bonding felt and third layer to be Andersons SBS cap sheet mineral charcoal finish; and
- To take off and resurface the flat roof to the garage, using Icopal Universal single ply roofing system.
I have been trying to figure out which roof type would be better but have found it very difficult. Therefore, I would be grateful for any advice please. Many thanks, I appreciate it.
