Hi
I am having my gas line replaced from my meter to my appliances, (boiler and cooker), by a Gas Safe engineer.
Should he provide a saftey certificate with the work? Would that normally be an additional charge to the quoted job?
If not, how do I evidence that the work has been done by a Gas Safe guy if and when I come to sell the house?
Thanks.
