New GE washer won\\\'t spin

We just receive our new Ge washer and dryer (front doors) and the water doesn\\\'t seem to get to the right level and it doesn\\\'t spin at all... We tried everything.
Any suggestions other than yes we did take out the 4 screws in the back.

I would call the the place you bought them from. If you go too deep into repairing this yourself you might void any warranty you have.

The technician came and the belt was not placed on properly. He fixed it and it is working great.
