am in the middle of a rarther large job ie 26 large rads 40 kw condensing boiler 4 zones

problem the pipework is going to be empty for quite a while so whats the best way of clearing all the cr*p out

boiler runs to about 1800 quid so dont want no comebacks

What sort of crap are you meaning, is it copper or plastic pipe ? why would there be any crap in there.

thinking of flux residue etc by the time i commission system will have been stood app 3 mts

Depends how much flux you used, if it was a gas pipe the flux would be there for good anyway, should have used plastic, no flux problems then.

How about rinsing out the copper pipe prior to use. As for the fluxes, chemicals should take care of these when system commissioned.

not used to having a system empty for so long and i know what installation debris does to lwc heat ex
