Just about to order a new gas hob with fitting
New one pretty much identical size.

Looks like the right hand double socket is in the hot zone?

Worktop to bottom of wall cabinets 450mm (AO say min 400mm. Others 460mm)
Left hand socket 130mm from edge of hob
Right hand socket 60mm from edge of hob

Is this going to be a no go?
Thinking I could change the double socket to a single if it is.
Tiled last year. Have tiles, adhesive and grout to hand.

Thanks

Connect the ring with some wago's and fit a metal blanking plate 'till they've been and gone! ;)

...apart from that, it may be an optical illusion, but does the hob extend under the wall cabinets?

600mm between cabinets
Current hob 680mm wide
New one 750mm (not so identical)

I think that's going to be your problem.
As far as I can tell, the simplest interpretation of the rules (and I may be wrong), is the 76cm high Hotzone extends the entire width of the hob.
...so your current hob probably doesn't comply.

Yes. I would say you are right looking at the hot zone diagrams.
I guess these rules are there for worst case scenario and have to be followed.
