New House Old boiler No instructions Help

I just bought a house where there was a combi boiler. I am having some problems with it, some might be very basic but there isn't a manual...need some help.
Combi boiler model Vokera 20-80 VS
Problems:

I only get hot water if I have the heating on, and even then the water is not very hot. It might be related to the water pressure which is always around 2 but according to the boiler it says it should be between 1 and 1.5. I don't know how to go about this.

I am not sure how to work the timer.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

I know nothing about gas boilers, but you can get a manual, just ring the makers, they are quite helpul. The gas boys will be back later. However the supply of hot water is not to do with your water pressure being too high, it's a control valve or switch, but I can't say more than that.

Boiler you refer to is probably a Vokera Flowmatic 20 80 RS or 20 80 RS Turbo. Does the boiler have square gauges on the right hand side?
