In the first picture one of your switches is inverted so left switch common at the top and the second switch common at the bottom On your new switch they are both the same way up with both commons at the top.
Your left hand old switch will transfer directly as it is. The right hand switch the common will move from the bottom to the top and the 2 remaining wires transfer to their named terminals ie L1 to L1 and L2 to L2
