Hi and seasons greetings!
Just coming to the end of my conversion and have cut away parts of the old plasterboard/skimmed ceiling to make way for the staircase and need a little advice please.
The reveal is now new square edge plasterboard meeting the old ceiling at right angles - see the sketch below.
Unfortunately the old ceiling was warped so there is a small gap (~8mm) at places between the new board and the old ceiling.
Is this okay for a professional plasterer to skim over without needing to skim the entire old ceiling too?
Thanks in advance,
LA
