New radiator not hot.

Hi guys. Just fitted a new radiator, drained down system fully, connected all pipes, went downstairs, bled all radiators, heading upstairs. Every radiator is hot. But the new radiator isn't hot... The feed pipe going to the Trv is hot,ive bled the radiator and have got cold water from it. No heat is coming into this radiator at all.. I've actually disconnected the opposite side of the radiator until hot water flowed through it. But the radiator is still not hot. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

is it a rad that has a baffle fitted so water only flows one way through it

Sussd it, all the lockshield valves in the house were on full. So that radiator with it been in the extension is furthest away and lowest. I'd just re balanced radiators and was on a winner.
