New rads

Im refurbishing my 1930s house at the moment. What rads would suit best bearing in mind the property may possibly be rented out or sold within a years time. Angled rads such as Heatline for the bay (as they say there best positioned under a window), classic 3 column rads or ARC type rads? Any views would be appreciated.
