Hello,
I have just built a garage on the side of my house which basically follows on from the original outhouse which I have knocked through to make a garage. Where the old roof for the outhouse joins onto the new roof I am constantly getting water leaks when it rains. I have tried sealing it with some liquid rubber which cost £35 per tin which seemed to do the job for a while but has started to leak again. I looked at the rubber stuff and it seems to have peeled away even though I gave it a good few coats. Any suggestions as to what I can use even if its raining?
Cheers
Dave
