Hi all, hoping someone has had experience of our project and could give any pointers.
we live in a end terrace house with front and back door. We have stairs running up the middle od the house deviding lounge and diningroom.
We want to have a new entrance made along side of the house, so you would open the door and look at the stairs and have option of going upstairs, diningroom or lounge.
Has any one done this and do you need planning? Had a few people giving us quotes and all seem to have a different opinion.
Any help would be appreciated,
