New staircase

Hello first post in this section.


Loft conversion and I already have got my stairs in and BC say they are ok. I need to install a hand rail up the stairs then at the top of the stairs round the hole in the floor (n shape) with 1mtr unclimable spindles. I went looking aroung B&Q which was about £330 for everything I need so I decided to look around. Everywhere else I have looked they dont sell "Elbows" is there another name for this thing that goes on the corners?
