New SVP to join existing sewer

Hi,

I'm getting a loft conversion done and the ensuite location makes it virtually impossible to connect new soil pipe to existing SVP at rear of house. Want to avoid a macerator so an option is for new toilet pipe to have new SVP at side of house (as shown in picture) to connect to existing sewer.
Looks like it could work ok but what needs to be considered here e.g. building regs? and do you think this looks straightforward, or costly if I get someone in to do it?

Assuming it’s a sewer drain (not rainwater) it won’t be too difficult.

You could break into the pipe slightly upstream of the manhole and 45 degree socket. You’ll need clay to plastic adaptors and on your soil stack an access/rodding point.

DIY job if you don’t mind digging and have suitable tool (angle grinder) for cutting clay pipe.

BC will apply for your loft conversion so they can check at the same time.
