my shower runs off a combi thru a mixer value (Grohe) its never been a great shower even after replacing the boiler, but i ve discovered there is a New Team Pressure Equaliser fitted under the floor boards. its atleast 12 years old ( before i moved in)
Is this a good thing? should it stay or should i remove it?

wow, what a difference

I now have another wee problem, where the pipes come out of the wall, there is a 'bolt' that the dog leg adapter screws into. they seem so have come loose, when i was replacing the mixer water spraying out of them but i cant seem to tighten them up, or remove them its like the plumbers tape has turned to cement

I now have a shower that is great but Ive to turn the hot water supply off when not is use as the water is pouring out of the connection

any ideas?
