New Title, Deeds etc??

Maybe a slightly strange question but here goes.... I have just completed a large project, creating a third, 1 bed flat in the roof space of a property that has two existing flats in it.
All my paperwork is in order re planning permission etc and I have just received the completion certificate from building control.
What I'd like to know is what is the next step in order to obtain a separate title, deeds etc. Is there anything I can do myself or is it just a case of going to a solicitor?
Any advice would be much appreciated!!

It is, because although it is possible to do all the work yourself, any mistake will cost you far more than the solicitor fee.

You will need site plans showing red lines and any shared areas. You could get those organised. They must comply with land registry rules 2003 known as LLR2003.
