Hi, i have a fairly old flat GRP flat roof of about 46m2 that is looking a bit aged with a few tiny hazing cracks and topcoat missing bits (approx 5mm2) not many and on the whole the roof looks in an ok condition.
Unfortunately during the heavy rain we have been having it has decided to leak into the kitchen below, a drip every 20seconds or so, not too bad but bad enough to need to get it sorted.
Ive been up there this morning and covered some of the possible patches with gorilla patch and seal tape as a temporary fix.

The question i have is whether i would be able to give the whole roof a light sanding, acetone then reapply a new top coat or is something more drastic and costly required?

Thanks for your help

Steve
