what do i need for my new tv for the sky guy to hook up my tv to sky?
we already have it in another room but i want to make sure any cables are in place before i put up the plasterboard walls
Do you want a second TV on the same sky box (no extra subscription but you can only watch one sky channel at a time) or a second sky box (extra subscription costs but you can watch a different sky channel)
For the former you need a run of coax (you could use the basic brown stuff but generally I reccomend using sat grade coax everywhere because it loses far less signal strength/quality) from the sky box to your new TV.
For the latter you need a run of sat grade coax from the dish to your new sky box. You also need phone extentions to both sky boxes from the same phone line.
