Please help, urgent! First post here, hoping someone can advise.

We're planning a new WC in a garage, attached simplified sketch shows the plan. A builder we've been talking to has suggested a 110mm connection leading directly from the WC through the slab, then changing direction slightly to connect up to a foul run in the front drive.

A) I need to have a sink waste drain to the same as WC
B) I thought we would need an SVP or an AAV between WC and the foul run out?
C) Is that change in direction feasible?

Really appreciate any help/advice/clarification in advance! First time wrapping our heads around drainage.
