Hi All,

I have re-wired my house for CCTV and an alarm. I’m now looking for a hybrid alarm system as I stupidly wired mainly PIRs and bell boxes and couple door contacts I would like to add a few shock sensors to the windows.

Looking for a system with good app capabilities and if it were compatible with CCTV that would be a bonus.

Thanks in advance for any help

What alarm system do you have now?

What do you need in terms of how many zones in total hard wired and wireless do you want app. Control?

Hi

Thanks for response

I have wired the 4 rooms downstairs and hallway upstairs with 8 core for PIRs in the corners of the rooms. I Also run 8 core to the 4 doors on ground floor but now wondering if I would be better off having door and some shock sensors on the windows instead of a PIRs in the rooms. So it goes off before they are in?

What would you recommend? I would like app control or at least notifications

How many windows?

You have anything wired for the entrance door?

So 5 pirs hardwired as far as I can tell so far?
They wires go back to a central point.

How many keypads have you cables for and how many bells?

There are lots of options out there.

For example elite 64W only has 4 hardwired zones in the panel but a hardwired 8 zone expander can be added.

Wirelessly the 64W can handle 32 wireless devices as supplied but more can de added.
