I have a New World Domestic Appliance gas fire and it needs serviced. We moved into the house 6 months ago and there was no manual for this. The independant engineer we called out said that the coal are placed incorrectly and that we need the manual to fix it. The company no longer exists and I have searched online for the manual, with no luck. Can anyone help?
