Hello to everyone :D

I am hoping to have my roof replaced in about 3 months time. It's an original kent peg tile roof and most of them are in good condition. My query is about insulation really. There is no access from my loft bedroom to see what the underside of the tiles are like but the room gets pretty cold so i don't think there is any insulation there. I don't think there is a huge amount of room between the plasterboard that forms the ceiling of the bedroom and the underside of the tiles so what kind of insulation should I be asking my roofer to use/quote for.

This is all a bit beyond me so all help is REALLY appreciated!

As long as he doesn`t try and sell you redland 45`s as a replacement..HE should know what to recommend....just let me know when the tiles are off and stacked  ;)
