If the boiler is new it will be under manufacturers guarantee, ring Vaillant.

I would check you have a radiator graphic in the LCD display first.
If the radiator is not lit up, your controls are not working eg: timer and roomstat. In other words, the fault is probably not the boiler.
Vaillant won't fix this and may levy an abortive fee.
