Then you must be confused. You have to pay fir anything that you get from NICEIC.
Also NICEIC do not write the wiring regulations(despite what you have been told. )
The Wiring Regulations are written by the IET and you can download standard certificate and report forms from them.
The IET ones are quite good (Well they should be as they write the regs).
Others, such as NICEIC follow that model and personalise it a bit.
You can still use the IET ones once you are a DI or approved contractor . The NICEIC do make that quite clear in their handbook although they would prefer you to use theirs because they are numbered/traceable and it makes them a shilling or two too
You can only get samples, overprinted with the word "SAMPLE".
Or possibly "SPECIMEN" - it's been a while since I looked.
They used to be unprotected, so an app which edits PDF files could remove the overprint, but that would be very dodgy - I don't think it would do your assessment much good if you presented certificates which looked like genuine NICEIC ones when you aren't a member.
