Painting and decorating a referb, (owner startedit) the owner claims that \the electrics were done by an NICEIC electrician and that he will be getting the appropriate paperwork when the job is completed.

The reason I asked was that in order to paint round the light switch I undid it.

Advise him to tell the electrician that the job will not be complete until he earths the switches properly, and any other things he's fitted in the same stylie, and that payment will not be forthcoming until the job is complete.

I was thinking along the same lines. His cousin fitted the kitchen (nice job actually) and a friend did the plumbing.

But I had the lectrician as probably being registered with AMOMFDIOTC.
