nissan almera tino

I have a a tino 1800 petrol,only done 37,000. 4years old.my monitor shows it needs a service.which we done,but cannot get this service notice cancelled on the monitor.does anyone tell how I can cancel same.or shut down the monitor altogether ? I hate gadgets like this.get me back to when cars were cars

Unfortunately, I think a nissan workshop is your only option

Yep, as above it appears its a dealer jobby.

Contact Nissan Customer service ........ They "Have" to tell you how to do it ..... It will be like pulling teeth tho ........

switch ign on
switch radio on
start engine
switch radio off
press and hold info button A to right of wheel control keep A held down
turn volume control atleast 30 clicks until self diagnoisis mode and audible bleep occurs
release button A
using volume control wheel select confirmation.adjustment press wheel for entering menu
select service and enter
select reset and enter
press button D (back)
switch off ignition

if this doesnt work you missed a step read it again , espcially when holding button A
