The house has a front and side extension (single story) with a sloped roof.
Part of the roof in space in the side extension, and the roof space in the front extension is inaccessible. Say 7x12 feet for the side, and 5ft by 10ft for the front. See for example the picture, the full height is accessible in the garage but the space adjoining is not.
Is this normal? Who would I contact if I wanted to create an access hatch to this?
