hi there, im new here and i'm looking for some advice for a friend of mine.
Her central heating went down a few days ago but her hot water is fine. She has a potterton performa 28 which was installed about 2 years ago. As i said the hot water works fine, but there is no central heating at all. she also told me that her mum touched the pump and it was red hot but no heating. the pump is a grundfos 15/60. could it be the diverter valve if the pump is hot or would it more than likely be the pump? any help would be great as she is a single mum with two kids in a cold house. sorry to come on here as a newbie and pluck your brains straight away, anyway hope everyone had a lovely xmas. take care, Jimmy
