No domestic hot flow

Re Potterton Combi 80.
When the C.H. is off I can't get any Domestic hot water..so I leave it on all the time and turn the thermostat down to zero, and it works fine..whats the problem?..I think it might have something to do with the diverter valve...advice please??.

is the hot water flowswitch working

If it IS working, a red LED comes on on the pcb when the hot tap's on.

Iv'e just checked it out with the fault finding chart and it seems to be working ok now..all I need to do is get the the water temp up a bit..how is this done?..You see i'm an electrical/mechanical engineer not a plumber.

try slowing the flow
ie dont turn the tap full on

Thanks lads..the jobs done ..the wife an kids are happy..I couldn't have done it without your help and support ..Power Station boilers are more in my line..so if you need any help with your local Power station boiler let me know.
