Hello gang, millionth post on the subject.

I have no hot water downstairs. Up stairs is working fine,.. there is enough flow in upstairs HW to start the boiler to heat the water,.. downstairs there is barely a trickle (and not enough flow t start the boiler).

We have tried turning on all the taps in the building for at least 10 mins to see if maybe there was air in the system ( and therefore we might have got rid of it) but sadly thts done very litttle.

Any ideas / suggestions?

So far Vaillant combi boiler is working fine for all the radiators too, so I know its not the boiler at fault.

With it being mains air lock is probably not the prob. Chances are it is the tap that is faulty and not moving properly on the worm screw or faulty washer take tap apart and reposition everything back into place. Also check if on flexis there is no kinks in them
