more bull from the road guys ,next you wont be able to drink pop ,play your muisic , open a window ,change gear, ,eat a sweet,lets see this bull for what it is and the police do what we want them to catch crooks and help old ladys across the road down with bull

You aren't supposed to use a mobile either, but for every 1,000 drivers I see chatting on a hand-held, I see 0 stopped by police.

Obviously traffic laws aren't enforced because they aren't important.

From what I can gather it is only advice for private vehicles, however if you do smoke at the wheel and it causes you to drive carelessly then you can be fined.

They are in my neck of the woods. Last month a fair number were stopped and charged for using mobiles while driving!
