No filling loop!?

Hi all

Competent DIYer but a relative novice with plumbing. Replaced a radiator and now need to refill the system. However, I can't see the filling loop on my combi boiler (I think it's a valiant thermocompact). I've attached a picture of the bottom of my boiler.

Any one got any ideas on why I don't have/where the filling loop is/how I refill/repressurise the system?

Loop in airing cupboard? Or partially concealed by a kitchen unit?

The key is on the right hand side of you pic, its a slightly silver colour, L shaped and you can remove it and use a flat screwdriver if its easier.
