We recently had a woodburning boiler stove fitted for cost/environmental reasons. It is set up as the picture in the link below shows (as far as I can ascertain):
http://www.boilerstoves.co.uk/boiler-stove-installation-B.html
The hot water is glorious - very hot and plentiful. The only problem is that the radiators have only heated up once.
The temperature control dial is attached to one of two pipes that are attached about 2 feet away from the fire. The trouble is, I think the plumber has attached them to the wrong pipe (there are on the hotter of the two, whereas in the diagram from the site above, it should be attached to the feed back.)
Could anyone please make any suggestions? I am happy to supply more info - photos as requested!
Thanks in advance,
Stephen
PS I know the system works, because we once had some heat from the rads. The dial is set at 50. We've set it to 60, and 40, with no luck.
