Looking for some advice we have a viessmann vitodens 100 boiler not used in a while with it being some what summer season, went to try put heating on and noticed heat is coming out of any of the radiators at all, so i thought maybe the wiser hub we have that connect to the boiler is the problem spoke to them all seems good from there side and my side, but they said try press the heating button on the wiser hub and that tells the boiler to run for 2 hours so i went ahead and then noticed a red cautions sign appear with numbers 345 pop up on screen, anyone had this issue or know potential causes, also as typing this trying to contact a guy to come take a look.
