no hot water and only have heating downstairs

hi we didn't have n e hot water so we changed the pump,but still nothing so we then changed the cylinder! now we have hot rads downstairs but none up!and no hot water atall

if your not sure why start changing bits then ask for help ?

if you have no hot water depending on the system it should be the 3 port valve not working
