no hot water but have heating

Hi

we have central heating, but no hot water, i was told it could be the diapram is the diverter valve? but theres no rips etc, ive checked the micro switch and that works,

but whenever we use the hot tap the boiler does nothing?

does anyone know what this could be?

on the control panel theres a symbol of a radiator and a tap, so when heating running the radiators lit up and tap when hot waters running, but when tap is on, it still on heating, and the temp drops??

im not sure what it is?? could it be the 3 way valve??

does the pin come out and activate the microswitch?

its a jaguar 23kw, which i belive to be a protherm 80e, yea i can push the pin in when ive removed the diverter valve, and it activates, ive pulled the diverter and checked the diaphram but it looks ok!! and replaced it and boiler started working again, and then a day later it gave up and done the same today and it didnt work,
