No hot water from my unvented system

Hi, I have no hot water, or more like tepid on the timer switch, I have a unvented pressurised system, the CH works fine, and when I feel the pipework it is hot all the way around (past the motorised valve - throughout the grunfos value and hot to the bottom of the tank, but thats it ?

Anyone help please ?

Tepid on the timer switch. What does this mean?

There will be a little lever on the motorised valve.
Pull it across so it latches and run the boiler for hot water.
You should get hot water after about 30mins.

Most likely faulty motorised valve.

Thanks, water not being hot enough is what i meant to say, which is the motorised unit the honeywell silver box unit or the grunfos red looking thing ?.....

Ok, I have found the lever on the Silver box, let me do what you say and fingers crossed I have hot water today. Thank you in advance.

bad idea giving inexperienced ppl advice about unvented systems even if you do hold G3 unvented bpec or similar yourself which i assume you do to be giving advice on them
