no hot water on vokera boiler

hi i have a vokera eclipse boiler and when i put the hot water tap on the boiler does not fire up and i am getting error code 4-33 all the time and when it fires up in central hetaing mode i get a loud sound out of the boiler maybe an air lock i am not sure can anybody help thanks.

Do you have the boiler book to look up the 4-33 fault code?

It sounds as if you may have two faults, one with the DHW demand switch.

hi thanks for the reply it just says the no 3 is domestic hot water and the no 33 is short circuit

Is the system pressure about 1.5 Bar?
