no hot water or heating

Can anyone help? I have just fitted a new danfoss motorized valve to my system and after filling can't get any hot water or heating. There is very hot water going to the centre of the hot water tank, which is a primatic cylinder the new valve is opening ok getting desperate

I would always advise that a competent person should fit heating parts.

I`m assuming that the valve is replacing a broken one Have you set the manual lever on it to open.then try filling as per my other post

thanks for your help nige the valve is to replace a faulty one. my system is pumped C.H. and gravity fed domestic hot water after this hassle I am going to change to an indirect cylinder is this just a straight replacement with the addition of an extra storage cistern in the loft or will the whole system need changing ? your help is much appreciated
