No hot water upstairs!!

I have a combi boiler, I have no hot water from the taps upstairs only runs Luke walm however I have hot water from my kitchen taps. Please help!

Well without a crystal ball we know nothing of your boiler, but a fair guess would be that it needs a diaphragm, or Diverter Valve attention.

Or a desludge

Or a bigger gas pipe

Or a good service

Or a flow restrictor

I'm a 25 year old woman I know nothing about boilers hence why i came online for helpwhat infomation do u need and I will try and inform you of everything I know about the sitauation but I don't know anything regrding plumbing or boilers. Someone said it could be an airlock how do I check if it is? Thanks for your time.

You cannot have an air lock on a combi boiler, if you come back with more information about what boiler it is then you will get more help.
