No hot water

Hi, I have a Potterton Performa 24EcoHE2 combi boler and for some reason it is not heating the water. The heating is fine and there are no warning lights on. The boiler ignites and the flame light is on, although this takes some coaxing sometimes. It is 3yrs old. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thankyou.

If you're saying it lights when you turn a tap on but you don't get any hot water, turn a hot tap on and see which pipe gets hot from the boiler. If it's a heating pipe then you need a new diverter valve
