no hot water

Hi my servis 1100 won,t take any hot water. no kinks in pipe and water gets to solenoid but no further.Any help my washing is taking over my house!!!!!!!

You need to carry out some basic fault finding.
Meter the inlet valve, if it's open circuit then the coil has failed and you'll need to replace the inlet valve.
If you hear a buzzing noise (quite loud) when it should be taking in water, the valve has failed and you'll need a new inlet valve.
Check for broken wires and check the module for burned connections.
If all is OK you're most likely going to have to enlist the services of an engineer.

Unplug your appliance before working on it.
