No Hot Water

Hi,

I have a dodgy Wickes combi-boiler which is failing to ignite when I turn on the hot water taps. Heating in fine....hands are freezing!

Pls help!!!

first off has the water pressure dropped at all if not its quite likely to be the diverter valve.
