no hot watter presure from heat line s24/s30

we are in the proses of building a new kitchen witch involved moving the boiler, the dhw pressure was very poor to begin with so we replaced all pipes with new 15 mm pipe throughout hoping this would help but to no avail, the mains pressure is fine as is the heating .
the boiler is about 6m away from bath and about 2m below . is it possible i may have to fit some type of pump to hot side ?
the boiler is a heat line s24/s30 .
any suggestions would be great thanks

check the actual flow rate

you dont have a s24/s30

if it really is poor you most likely have the s24

run your cold tap in the kitchen into a measuring jug or similar so you can find out your flowrate in litres per minute (l/min)

thanks for flow rate tip .
the rates are cold water 9ltrs per min,
the hot water out in bathroom <up stairs> 1 3/4 ltrs per min

tbh i am not familiar with your combi,but quick couple of checks

is the cold water inlet to combi fully open, and there is no valves closed or half closed on hot water pipe leaving combi...

on some boilers there is a flow regulator ( bit like a filter ish) that can clog easily, if you have a manual it might point you in right direction

but there is something causing a restriction to water flowing through boiler

9 l/min in should give 9 l/min out!!!!

cheers mate , its all new pipe work out of boiler all isolation taps on ,
i think i should try to de scale sistem but not realy sure how,
this is a hard watter area so lime scale is a problem
