No hw or ch

Concord W boiler WRS 255a model. Not firing up. Relay activates when controls turned up, pump works. Have pilot light but not firing up. Gas valve? Anybody any idea of approx cost to get repaired?

Same boiler as my own.

Gas valve is about £80, although you can pay more if you try!

Fitting by an RGI is anywhere between £50 and £90. Get two quotes, or a recommendation from someone you trust.

Many thanks Softus, could it also be the thermo-coupler rather than the gas vavle?

It wont be the thermocouple as you have a pilot light dont you?

if the TC had gone you would have no pilot light
