No picture on You Tube videos

I have Windows 10 but when trying to view videos on You tube, the picture does not come out. I have the volume but nothing else. I have tried right clicking but nothing happens. As far as I am aware, Flash player etc., is updated automatically, can anyone advise me how to over come this please? Many thanks.

What browser are you using? Internet explorer? Get chrome or Firefox and see if it works

Thank you everyone for your replies. I went onto Google Chrome, advance settings etc., and unticked enable hardware acceleration as you suggested. It now works a treat. It also seems to have speeded up other sites. Many many thanks, it was driving me mad. Hope you all have a very Happy New Year.
