No water from hot water taps!!!

Hello all

Woke up this to find no water at all is coming out of any hot water taps cold tap is fine, hot was fine last night??? .
Also i tried to top up with the filling loop & there's nothing happening, no water flow.
It's a crappy Saunier duval f24e combi before anyone asks & i know how crap they are. .

I've got the user manual & read through it a million times, but it dosent have any reference to NO water out of hot taps

I did think that, but then i have cold water supply although hot water would freeze quicker.
Is there anything i can do if thats the case

any chance you could isolate cold inlet to the boiler and disconnect it?
