dear all,
I have a combi boiler in the kitchen downstairs. While showering/using the basin/toilet flush/ if someone opens the kitchen taps the there is hardly a water coming out from the shower/basin.

Is this a problem with the piping or the boiler ? Is there anyway to resolve this ?

any help would be much appreciated, thank you

You clearly have very poor mains water pressure/flow.

Is the stop tap fully open, do you have an old lead pipe supplying the house or generally live in area of poor water pressure?

the mains stop tap is about 45% open;
with fully open, the water in the kitchen tap is coming with very high pressure even with the tap slightly open. The kitchen tap is about 1 feet away from the mains stop tap.

You need to have a flow restrictor fitted to the cold supply to your kitchen tap and then open up the stopcock to allow sufficient flow to the whole house.
